I have a question about the application for study permit.
I've paid all my tutuion fees and I have official recipt of that,,
now in Funds available for my stay should I inculde the tution fees I paid??
let's say I have 14000 CND and I paid 10000 CND for the tution fees
should I put 24000 CND in Funds available for my stay or just the 14000 CND??
I would put CDN 10.000 and send original or photocopy of your tuition receipt.
not sure how long you would study (one year or one term )
but as long as the amount covers your living expense (rent, food etc), it would be fine.
and you could write a letter explaining that you paid tuition already and rest of money would be your living expense,
would work on/off campus to support your self (if you're qualified ) , maybe a letter from your supporters (parents etc).

thank you very much!
thats exactly what I did and got refused today :/
the reason was I didn't satisfy the officer that I would come back to my country at the end of
my stay! and they consider personal assets and financial status
even though I paid all tution fees for my program and showed more than 30000 CND for my stay
I also showed house in my name and a land in my hometown!
I feel u should not have mentioned that u'll work to support ur living expenses. Bcz i read somewhere that visa officer may refuse ur application if he found that u could not pay ur expenses without working in canada.
And i guess tuition fees could not be included in living expenses. I hired an agent so im not so sure about it.

you are right I think,, I didn't and wont mention that I need to work in canada!
I also hired an agent in canada but seems like he doesn't know how to do his job :/
I recommend you should write a letter (by your self) with all info you gave us here
solid support you are going to come back after you finish your school.
get back all docs from your agent and add more supporting doc as much as you can.
if you can, you could mention you used a agent first time and he did not add many things etc. (on separate sheet of paper)
Since you were rejected once, you should send perfect (at least close enough ) app.

thank you for helping me
I'm gonna use a strong SOP that explains my papers and my case
I think my application was perfect and thats why I'm shocked about the refusal
and I think that the refusal was unfair as I showed enough money (financial status) and perfect personal assets (house and land in my name)
