Fully Vaccinated as TRAVEL EXEMPTION FOR VISITOR APPLICATION

Hi,

I applied my visitor's application last August 17, i am going to visit my cousin and nieces. Now that i know it is not part of family reunification program.

I would like to ask if being FULLY VACCINATED can be reason as travel exemption to get visa? Anyone who sent their vaccine records via webform?


I am fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca
