I am presently on Open Work Permit here in Canada as a dependent of my spouse who is a student here. I want to apply for PR in express entry as a skilled worker. Also, I have got a permanent full time job offer from a company here of NOC A level as an software developer.
1) I want to understand if I can use this job offer on OWP for applying in express entry.Will it fetch me some extra CRS points.
2) I have read somewhere that a full time job offer can only be beneficial if the employer promises to show that the job offer is valid for 1 full year after I get PR. If so , what documents has be shown by employer in such case.
3) If the above case is true and my employer is not ready for 1 yr commitment, then is there any points for valid job offer or not.
