Hello Friends,

I am a full-time Doctor in India at a government hospital on 6 monthly contractual bases and my contract order has been renewed every 6 months since last 3 years and 4 months now. I am confused whether it would be considered as a permanent employee or not... Should I put this document in the post ITA set? Will there be any issue or not? Please advise.
