Since IRCC said :
Canadian experience class

• We’re working at full capacity to process applications.
  • You may experience delays in processing because we have a backlog of applications due to COVID-19
• We started processing applications received the week of August 12, 2020.

Who is CEC and got approved since this update of January 19th?
Please give AOR and date of approval or Copr. Thank you.

Just go look at the multiple August AOR threads. People have gotten their files moved forward, and some have their COPRs.

Dunno why you’re asking me. I don’t work for IRCC not do i dictate their process or mandates. The OP asked a question, and pointed to the IRCC update which specifically states them beginning to process applications received week of August 12th, 2020, at full capacity.

Relax. It was a rhetorical question. It just goes to show that they are not working at full capacity when there are tons of backlogs pre-August and applications that have passed 6 months.
