Full application

I am in process of submitting my full application to new delhi Visa office and i have few questions.
I had submitted by initial application on 21-sep-2009 and got file number on 20-nov-2009

1)Do i have to submit the photocopy of the application submitted to CIC
2)Do i have to submi full application using new forms( i saw imm0008egen has been changed in dec-2009)
3)Do i have to submit Photos & passport copy for non-accompanying family member(my mother).

submit copy of forms send to CIO, it will not be a problem.

The signature on the forms that you submit to CHC should be in original
