As per CIC, warsaw VO has same timelines as NDVO. Because of workload NDVO seems to be working faster, but Warsaw VO needs to grip the pace otherwise the landing of the transferred cases is going to be delayed

I sent an email to NDVO on Jan 09, 2015 regarding inclusion of my newborn daughter and I got reply from NDVO on Feb 02,2015. As advised by NDVO I prepared the documents (as I live in Maldives now, sending the documents to my native, my father will direct it to NDVO along with DD and notary attestation.

Let me see that who will issue or reject my visa. NDVO or WARSAW

Bro They request MR and RPRF together,
Regarding PCC we have to ask In main FSW 2014 thread, some one may come up with answer

As per PPR is considered you can not send PP out of country by mail or courier
So PPR may be from WVO , but we will have to submit it to NDVO < i guess
