Yes - you should be able to apply for FSW provided you have 67 points. Note that you will not get adaptability points for your cousins in Canada.

I am not sure if you know how this FSW app. works. Basically, they started accepting applications in May and would complete it by the end of the year when the new system take effect. The individual NOCs are capped at 1000 applications. Your NOC as mentioned at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp seems to be OK i.e. I don't expect it to reach the cap. So I think the last date to apply is for your application is 31st Dec 2014. However, I recommend sending it as soon as you can.

Have you done your ECA? With 18 years exp. it seems that you completed your education a long time ago. So your ECA may take a long time. If you don't have it please apply right away.

I Have already completed ECA with WES now please let me know what documents required for fswp that I have to collect as I have very less period after my IELTS on 22-11-14 so I have to make all documents ready to dispatch with my IELTS results
So please help me it is critical time for me as fsw ends on 31 Dec and I have to apply before deadline
