FSWP or CEC - how is it determined

Once we check that we eligible for express entry, how is it determined whether the application will be for FSWP or CEC. I mean who decides this and what is the difference between CEC and FSWP.

I have 2 years of continuing recent work ex in Canada. What program will I be selected for - FSWP or CEC?

Given that you have 2 years of continuos work experience in Canada, I would think you are eligible for CEC.
