It gives a lots of hopes for the future aspirants, but I tried to search regarding 2014 FSWP but in vain, I could only get info regarding EOI in Jan 15, lets hope if at all it exists and also should pray for the occupation to be included in the list, I will keep my fingers crossed.

From my understanding of this official notice on Nov. 1 (sorry I'm not allowed to post links), FSWP will most probably reopen next year. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
There is no guarantee that FSWP will open in 2014. If it opens in 2014 - it will likely open in April or May. However CIC may decide not to reopen the program until 2015.
Yes, They will open, I applied for NOC 1112 and my file was returned due to CAP reached. I received a letter with my file from CIO and it is written in that letter that every year they will open FSWP and the limit is going to be the same i.e 300 per NOC. In an another statement the minister said that the target for FSWP immigrants in 2014 is 245,000 to 265,000, this figure is only for FSWP (Economic Class) hence this shows that they will open FSWP in 2014.
I do appreciate your post, it gives me strength to prepare for the next fight. I just don't want to THINK that there would be no FSW 2014 though it could be happening. Let's give positives thinking.

Can anyone please tell how they accept the applications and how they decide cap for the categories?
In what time we get to know about the cap after applied?
Suppose I am putting my file by 11th May 2014 then in what time i will get the response about cap n all?
