FSWP for 2014-2015 Preparations

Hello House,

I have a little concerns concerning my FSWP prep. Below are my concerns;

1. Is there any need to use world educational service (Educational Credential Assessment ) for spouse' education ?
2. Any need of submitting accompany spouse's employment letter, what's the implication of not including her employement letter since she's not the principal applicant ?

if she's not the principal applicant then you don't have to submit her ECA and her employment letter/s

the current 'cap' is valid until april 2014, so you can expect that new applications (for occupations which already reached the cap) will be accepted in May 2014 - unless CIC states otherwise.

Its worth to note that there is no guarantee that the NOC list will remain the same in 2014, anything can change....

thanks. however its been heard that, cic going to start eoi from jan 2015, so, is there any chance that there will be no opening in 2014!!! what do u think?

Please read Immigration Level 2014 speech by minister , he has clearly indicated that new immigration will start on January 01,2015 on Australian style.

In 2014 they will;

1. Clear FSW Backlog ( Lets hope)
2. Will Test 2013 immigration system , ie Educational Credentials Evaluation etc

This is my personal understanding

I think it's not like that the minister said that they will work on EOI system in 2014 and finalise it on Jan1st 2015. So the FSWP for 2014 will be on the same pattern as of the year 2013 except the changes in application.

Yes, They will open, I applied for NOC 1112 and my file was returned due to CAP reached. I received a letter with my file from CIO and it is written in that letter that every year they will open FSWP and the limit is going to be the same i.e 300 per NOC. In an another statement the minister said that the target for FSWP immigrants in 2014 is 245,000 to 265,000, this figure is only for FSWP (Economic Class) hence this shows that they will open FSWP in 2014.
