Referring to federal skilled immigration program ( NOC 2174) -From India - A software developer’s with 6 yrs exp ( B.com + MCA) .His B.com is recognized but MCA from Sikkim Manipal University was not recognized by WES. Can he still apply for FSWP when the cap re-opens with the recognized B.com degree points ? is it mandatory to have a related degree to the occupation ? (Referring to NOC 2174 employment requirement in section ) –

1. No, cap for 2174 is filled. The cap is not re-opening. EOI/Express entry starts January/2015.
