My application was received by CIC on last 5th September 2013 (10 Days ago). So far havent heard anything from them.
On the other hand, today when I checked the following link, its showing as of 9th September 2013 the cap reached 210 for Computer Engineers.
Do you really think I can be counted within the cap?
In addition to that, I didnt submit the Police Clearance Certificate then. Will it be a big problem? My Police Clearance Certificate of my native country is ready now but since I'm staying in Saudi Arabia now, I also need to get their Police Clearance Certificate as well and it can be done once I receive a letter from CIC. So, shall I send the Police Clearance Certificate of my native country by mentioning my name only? Kindly advise.
