FSWP application process without consultant or lawyer

Dear All,

I want to know, can i apply & complete the application process of FSWP by myself?
or is it mandatory to hire a consultant/lawyer to do this for me?


has anyone completed this process without lawyer?

I am in Middle East and here consultants are charging upto 3500 USD for application for me & my wife.

is it worth? or we can do it by ourselves easily?

experienced members please advice.

Yes, definitely you can apply and complete the application forms and documents by yourself. A lot of people here prepared everything by themselves. Also this is the primary reason why a lot of people are here posting and asking stuff.

The advantage of hiring a consultant/lawyer for this is that they are experts and they know what to do, and it will minimize the risk of errors or not supplying correct supporting documents, etc. So what you need to do is read all the guidelines that CIC gave and re-check everything before submitting. If anything is unclear you can ask on this forum, this is the whole point of having this forum.
