I am just planning to apply for FSWP 2014. Have applied to WES for educational validation. now, going to send the certificates to my university to send the transcripts directly to WES. How fast should I do things ? What is the next step in doing ? I am totally new to this. Please help me with informations.

thoroughly, then you'll know everything you need to submit. Depending on your occupation I suggest you get moving.
