Hi There,
i have submitted my application in 3rd week of May 2014, for FSWP -2173. Based on my experience and educational qualification, i have self calculated points 68. But i'm afraid in case something goes wrong, my application will be rejected. I realized this only after sending app. Now my wife got IELTS, where i can add another 5 more points but how can i proceed now?
Wait for CIC to reject app and resubmit?
Do i need to communicate them about the issue?
I have all other required document is in position

If you are a first time applicant you most certainly will not have a UCI number from the past. Which means CIC will have nothing to link your Spouse IELTS score to up until the time that your initial application itself is processed (and allocated a UCI).
This means that its futile to send the IELTS report for your spouse now. Why do you think your score will fall below 68 ?
If it does - package will be returned. You have to wait for that and apply again. Sorry.
You can't add the 5 points now. To get the 5 extra points, you would have had to have included your wife's IELTS results with your original application. It's too late now to add her IELTS results. You'll just have to hope you have enough points as is.
