Hey Everyone. Sorry to be a nag with the questions. I've got one more. (I'm posting this in both the CEC and FSW forums)
I did my undergrad at a Canadian University and subsequently gained a 3 yr post grad work permit. My PGWP expires Oct 2014 and since I have met the number of hours (equivalent to 1 yr) requirement for applying under the CEC so renewing the WP won't be an issue when that time comes. However, I was also looking at the FSW and wondering if it'll be easier or faster to qualify through this route?
Some background info that may affect this incl the following:
- Based on the point system, I figured I could gain points for having my undergrad done in TO; working in TO; my age; and having family here, etc.
- In Jan 2014, I'd be leaving Cda and moving south of the border to pursue Masters.
- Also, as a child my family had PR but my parents returned to our homeland (with me) years ago and forfeited the status.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you already have the required experience and meet all criteria for CEC application then there should be no doubt you should go this way. CEC processing is much faster and in general it is way less scrutinized immigration stream.
