I have just received an AOR from Buffalo under the FSW Stream 1 (Foreign Worker stream), if my company secures a PNP certificate for me:
1. Is it possible to convert the FSW to PNP stream?
2. how do I go about that?
3. do I have to pay new fees?
Please, advise me.
Shos
i dont know if this helps you or not, but you can start a new application under PNP stream. this way you will have two applications processed at the same time.. FSW and PNP both.
i maybe wrong, but i vaguely remember reading this somewhere actually. someone else can confirm.
When you apply for PNP, you tell them that you already applied for FSW. When you get your PNP nomination, you can ask your PNP to tell immigration to treat your FSW as a PNP application. Sometimes the PNP does this automatically.
