You'd be stupid to do PNP.
Don't believe their bullshit timelines, go for FSW - some outlanders got PR in 18 days since FSW was re-opened in July last year. The processing times are well below <6 months now on all EE streams, as the Minister promised. What you're seeing on the timings based on a mix of backlogged files and new files.
