Hi,

I applied under NOC 2174 and my application was received on 22nd july 2014, but my card hasn't been charged and I haven't heard anything.

Does anyone think there's still hope or should I start preparing for express entry?

1- what was the number of received applications when you send yours?
When did you notice the cap has been filled up?

The number of received applications as at when I submitted was around 172 and my category capped around end of september or early october

I am sending my application this week under 4011 ... the number of received applications is 357.. I dont know if I can make it

Do you think that the number of received applications that is updated weekly are the applications which were given numbers and charged?. If yes, then these figures represent the applications which were probably received two or three months ago....
