Folks, need some information.
We're awaiting a decision on our fsw-inland application (july 7, 2018 aor). I'm on a pgwp and the PA. My spouse had an owp but we had to change it to a visitor visa because i didn't have a job at the time when his owp was expiring.
Currently, I'm in a NOC A full-time job on my pgwp.
Just wondering if he's eligible for an owp. When i checked the come to Canada tool, it says he's eligible if i have a work permit for a noc o,a,b job. Does this refer to a closed work permit?
Any thoughts would be appreciated !
