Hello,

My name is Deepak Parmar. In March-2014 I got the Canada immigration visa with validity up to 31/12/2014 under FSW program. My wife and child also got the visa as dependants with me. I went to Canada alone and live there for six months. Meanwhile I got the PR card with validity up to Sep-2019. Due to personal reason my wife and son are not going to Canada and their visas are going to expire on 31-12-2014. In this condition what I can do? Can I ask for refund of RPRF (Landing Fees) for my wife and son?
In future when I will go back to Canada then how can they join with me in Canada?

Please give me your valuable guidance for the same.

Thanking you,
Deepak Parmar

It is not possible to extend their PR visas.

You will have to sponsor them for PR using the family class sponsorship process once they are ready to move to Canada. This process will take anywhere from a few months to a few years. Note that since you are a PR, you will have to sponsor them while you are living in Canada and you will have to continue living in Canada while their sponsorship application is being processed.

I believe it's too late to get a refund of the RPRF fee since their PR visas have already been issued.
