FSW FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER FROM INDIA

hi,
I will apply for fsw in may, 2013, now regarding educational credential assessment, please quote replies about transcript, secondary and higher secondary education documents getting certified true copy from education board and etc. How does this process in india takes, will all the bodies will provides such doucemnts directly to the agencies or we self have to take with them and send us by our own.
