FSW for Electrical /Telecom engineers

Is there any update for FSW for Electrical / Telecom engineers.
Last time when I visited official canadian imm. website I didn't saw any spaces/list of occupations for these categories.
Please let me know if there is any update on this, if not can I expect it in 2014 (April)?

The current occupation list for FSW can be found here:

No one knows what is going to happen in April/May 2014. It's possible that another occupation list may be published. It's also possible CIC will not re-open the program until 2015 and the introduction of EOI.
