FSW detailed experience letter validity

my detailed experience letter (with roles and responsibilities) from my old employer is almost 7years old . Do I have to get a new letter for fsw ?
Is there any validity for detailed experience letter ?

I applied with a three year old work experience letter and my PR application was approved. As long as your letter fulfills all of IRCC's criteria the age of your letter shouldn't matter.
