Hi,
Labour Market opinion has got nothing to do with your FSW application for PR.
One would need an LMO if an employer is willing to employ and the application needs approval from HRSDC.
AEO applicants applying from outside Canada do not need LMO. The employer would file an AEO application for you. AEO applicants can only begin work after the AEO application is approved. If you want to apply for PR with an AEO then your PG experience and LMO is redundant.

BUT in your case, its seems that your employer is assisting/supporting you to apply for PR. You would require LMO.
"Submit an HRSDC Application for a labour market opinion (LMO) to the Service Canada Centre responsible for your area, and indicate that you are offering a permanent position to the Skilled Worker." Check the link below:

I would recommend you to wait for a year and gain enough Canadian experience to be eligible for CEC category... fsw takes very long!!
Do you know how many months it will take,,
I wish I did.. when I applied I was hoping to get done with it in 16 to 18 months but it has been 19 months and I am still waiting for medical
