Hello all,
I have a query that I am seeking clarification on.
A FSW (temporary), arrived in Canada in May 2012. The WP expires in Apr 2015.
That FSW meets ALL the requirements to apply for PR except a valid job offer.
My questions are as follows:
1/. Does the valid job offer need to be a positive LMO from ESDC?
2/. Does the employer complete the Labour Market Impact Assessment Application Form?

1) Yes - the job offer must be accompanied by an approved LMIA.
2) Yes - your employer is the one who has to obtain the approved LMIA.
