Hi - My application is almost ready.
One of the supporting documents that has been asked is 'proof of full custody of children'.
My daughter is 18 months old. What kind of document do i need to include in the application?.
--thanks
Hi
You need the court documents granting you full custody or signed permission from the other parent allowing you to immigrate to Canada with the child.

Me and my wife are going together.
Check the guidelines
cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf
Point 17 asks, to submit a document of custody.
--thanks
If you are going together, then proof of custody is not applicable to you. Just include the birth certificate.
