FSW Application - May 2011 - After Buffalo Office Closure

Hi all,

We have submitted our PR application via the federal skilled worker based on our work experience (not PhD nor the arranged employment) on May 2011. It has been sent by CIO to Buffalo (before closure) in July 2011, and it's status has been "Received by the visa office" since then. No status update whatsoever.

I was just wondering if similar applications are experiencing the same problem, or applications are mostly transferred to the CPPO? Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Soheil,

I have same timeline as you. But by ordering GCMS notes (CAIPS notes) i came to know that my file is transferred to CPP Ottawa.
You should also order GCMS notes.
You can find my time line on the left.

What i found From some other threads is, we need to wait till March - April 2013 for our medical request. I guess!!!!!

Just a quick questions regarding the GCMS note: What did you fill for the Location? Is it ok to set it to Buffalo?
