I am plnning to apply for FSW for 2012. I am in the US for more than 7 years, but my wife joined me in the US in November 2011. I read some where that, in order to apply in Buffalo office NY, one should be in the US for 1 or more years. I am the principal applicant and am in the US for 7 years, but my wife is here in the US for only 8 months now. I will apply in july 2012, and she will not complete one year in the US by July/2012. Can I still apply in Bufalo office for me and her, me being the proncipal applicant?
