Seniors plz help . . .

I applied from Karachi Pakistan - - - Last I checked -- our designated VO was London office

I received my PER along with receipt of payment etc by email from the CIO on 16 Oct 2014 -- now its Feb 2015 --- 4 months have gone and I have received no further correspondance from them. I am not sure if my local VO has started processing by case or not . . .

Question is : What should i do now ? is this wait time normal ? Is there any relevant email or address I can contact with my UCI number and ask them the status ?
