Hello,

I stayed in UK for almost 3 years. Initially I went to UK on student Visa. However, I did not study for the first two years and got my visa extended through Fake college degree. At the end of 2nd year I completed my Masters from a very reputed university of UK and was a genuine student.

I am planning to put my file for Canada PR this June 2012 but am confused about my first 2 years in UK. Should I show the degree or what???

Please give you valuable inputs....thanks

only a good master degree is not enough. you need ielts, and a very important thing which is job experience however you cant show work experience while you were student, its all depends on your points requirements, a very specific issue. i'd rather suggest you to consult with a accountant/solicitor regarding your case. though most of the UK solicitors are only good for assylum case or whatever, but search for a good solicitor who work for immiggration to canada, may be around green street you will find some. act quickly UK is not good enough for you now
