I have 2 years continues ongoing experience in ontario as tool maker(7232).it comes under FST category. Fst shows that it requires employer job offer. Right now I have open post graduate workpermit and 1 year remains on it. Does I need LMIA? Coz my empoyer wont do LMIA.They do only a written job offer. Does it help for FST?

No - it doesn't. You need an approved LMIA.
