From temporary SIN to Permanent SIN

I just wanted to know how do I do my taxes once I get my PR and full time SIN.
I have done my taxes on my temporary SIN (starting with 9) for the last two years. What happens when I get the new SIN?
Do I have to file taxes twice?

They will move your account from your temporary SIN to your new SIN.
For my online access when it happened to me, I had to reopen an account as they closed the one with the previous SIN (and therefore I had to wait for them to send me the access code again...).

For your taxes, you will just use the new, permanent SIN.
I am not sure if it is still their policy (of closing the account and opening a new one with all your info already transferred) though as they were aware that it didn't make much sense to have people reopen an account but...it's CRA, they work in mysterious ways.
