Hello
Help your Iranian brother
I have obtained TRV, Visitor visa
Recently i have changed my faith into Jesus and Christianity,
And i used to read the holy Bible,
I can't show me religion and what i believe here in Iran other than Islam religion,
If i told people around me that i changed my religion, i will face the death penalty because of apostasy from islam,
My question is, am i eligible to get asylum?
Well, i can't pray here in iran, here is no any churches,
Also i will be caught by religious police if i don't pray in Mosque,
Thank you
IF you manage to get Canadian Border and make a Claim you have high chances. But there has to be persecution I do not know if only Conversion to Christianity will make you eligible. But if there has been some sort of Persecution and threat to your life then you definitely will be accepted.

And thr funny and bad thing is,

For sure you are eligible as you face death due to your faith
You can come to canada and it will be very easy to get refugee?
unless the border agencies note that it is trend where iranians change faith for Asylum/ immigration ..

They could refuse you if they don't believe you've changed religions or if you have done so for the purpose of claiming asylum.

I understand they will reject me if they don't believe,
But what do you mean if I've done purpose of claiming asylum?
What do you think is better for me? Claiming in airport when i arrive or wait then claiming in Police Department or CIC office inside Canada by help from any church?

why did you change religion..
and what is your "death penalty" for? you have any proof or something.

Scylla meant that if IRCC believes that you changed your religion solely to claim asylum, your app could be refused.
I remember a lawyer saying the most difficult asylum cases to prove are related to belief. We know Iranian converts face persecution if they leave Islam which potentially leads to death, but solid arguments and wise thinking to convince the immigration authorities are very essential. So think about putting the pieces together in order to succeed in your claim. I suggest that you contact Sponsorship Agreement Holders (SAH):
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/sponsor/list-sponsors.asp
They're mostly churches though.
Best wishes
