Hi, there is nothing to worry about, same is the case with me (Ottawa Visa office) ......In process changed to DM but it is still showing three lines.
Also , i got passport request the same day and have already sent my passport to visa offica.....will update you in case there is a change in ECAS status....

Have you received PPR? If yes, how many days after change of status from 'In Process' to 'Decision Made?'
I'm also facing the similar situation i.e. my ECAS status changed from "IN PROCESS" to "DECISION MADE"..but there is no fourth line.
Finally i received the PPR yesterday (17th August-15), which is after 10 days from DM.
I have some doubts, they require the additional information chart to be filled and sent with the PP. The prob is that its in PDF format and its not allowing me to type my info. Is it possible to hand write it?
Secondly, the date of the attached correspondence is mentioned as 4th August-15 (although i received it on 17th) and they need the pp within 30 days. Is that normal?
My main concern is the hand written thing. Kindly advise
Hi Galaxo 2001 Congrats for u r PPR i had a doubt , when u r ecas showning medical resuts have been received how canu know that u r status was changed to RM form Inprocess....

Sorry bro but that's not a good sign. Please keep checking your emails closely for an updste. Also can you please share your application details like NOC, date of application, PER date, place of application, name/initials of your VO/PA (if known), your visa office etc.
We received your application for permanent residence on October 29, 2014.
We started processing your application on January 15, 2015.
We transferred your application to the London England office on January 26, 2015. The London England office may contact you.

And on what date your ECAS status was changed? DJA must be mentioned in your PER email, actually there is a difference between officers who issued PER and officers at visa office. Any idea who is handling your case in LVO?
What is your NOC and from where you sent your application?
