From ICT to PR ?

Hi All, I would be coming soon to Canada from India on ICT, Inter company transfer.

What are the main criteria/rules/conditions to get Permanent residence there?
I read many blogs but did not get correct answer.?

1. Is my current employer letter mandatory to apply for PR? can i apply on own if some other employer is ready to hire me?

2. For example i am on ICT from a employer X and after few months employer Y would like to hire me sponsoring WP from his end, then is there a possibility that i can change my job to the new employer?

You have to work for your current employer for 1 year.

Hi thanks a lot....after working for an year for the current employer can we file for PR individually? or do we need concern or any release from current employer while filing PR after one year?

You have to apply for PR and you will get 50 / 200 points depending on your NOC.

can we know how many points do we get after completing one year against each NOC code. or NOC 2172 please?
