Hello Guys. I am a newbie here. I sent my application to Buffalo, NY. However, they returned my application because I did not provided proof I entered legally in the US for a period of 1 year. Now, I have my application and I do not know what to do. I am from Germany and I could apply there. However, I was told I need to withdraw my application first. How do I do that and How long will it take for Buffalo withdraw it?
