from bd ,im about to submit passport even though didnt get any mail from vfs

i m from Bangladesh. I m about to submit my passport tomoro ... even though i did not get any mail to submit my passport .. but my frnd also did the same.he jus got the visa after 27days from his medical. he submitted his passport after medical... he suggested me to do so .. i was confused.. then i chatted with vfs representative ... they also told me to submit my passport with medical instruction mail..... now finger crossed.....is there anyone from bangladesh who applied for study permit ??

have you completed your medical? if yes

then go ahead. it will save some of your/embassy time !!

and after medical there is 90-99% of getting visa.
