Scenario:
In the Express Entry profile, I have kept NOC 2173 for two companies in my work history (India). With God's grace, I got an ITA last week for CEC.
In my PR application, I am thinking to keep NOC 2283 for the above mentioned companies as it suits my roles and responsibilities than in 2173. You know that, I will not be able to change the Express entry profile as I have received the ETA.
My Question: Is it advisable to change the NOC from 2173 to 2283 in the PR application even though I have used 2173 in the Express Entry profile? Both are B level, and I don't think the points changed due to this.
Thanks buddy. Phew!
Have you ever witnessed your CRS score got +1 added with no reason? Mine is 438 in express entry profile, but after filling the PR application, it shows 439.

Interesting. Well, given that all the information are the same except for NOC code, I think you can submit your application with a good LOE. Obviously, your job reference letter should support your job duties as well!

In my opinion, yes. But, I would need to your employment reference letter to confirm that. What's more important is the job duties that are written on the letter, which should closely match the job description from NOC 2173.
