Dera friends i applied as a Federal Skilled applicants and according to new rule with in a year it would be finalise. But in my case it is too strange..I submitted my fulldocuments 5 months ago and still my E-status is Received by Visa Office even not change in process.so, i am bit worrying now . Dear friend do anybody have such kinds of situation? Please share with me
No. The time is somewhere from 6-18 months. And it means the time to issue you a Visa, in case you are successful.
Now, under what NOC did you apply? You have received only the AOR for your documents? Generally the E-cas is not very reliable unless you are in the final stages. It took around 6 months for my status to change from Received by Office to Interview scheduled. You should order CAIPS and see what's going on.
