I have done PG certificate in IT from UK. But my percentage in bachelors is low(55%) :-[ .so keeping this in mind, can i apply for PG diploma in canada. Bcoz PG diploma is higher then PG certificate.
Or if i apply for master's, will the PG certificate help me secure a place nd compensate for my low percentage?
