french language test date

In mon project ,it says for french language test "Yes. Tests that were valid on April 1, 2015, will be accepted for the current year. Note that this measure will end on March 31, 2016."

what does it mean?

I passed french language test in alliance franchaise from bangladesh in 1994.That time they give me certificate for begainer & intermedeate.From both of these test I got certificate which shows only "passe."

But, there is no point shows there.

Is these result prove anything in Mon project
