Freelance work / self employement work history

Hi there,

I got an ITA under EE and I'm about to submit my application but I have a few questions about what to say in my work history / personal activities.

I finished my studies in Sound Design on June 2011 in Spain and I came to Canada in August 2014. Between those dates I was working as a freelancer / self employed. The amount of work was far from being constant and I have barely any records of it. Some of those jobs were even unpaid.

Should I add it on my work history and person activities or should I not mention it and just say "unemployed".

Am I gonna have to show proof of it if I mention it?
