Dear seniors and experts,
Unfortunately, I was charged with domestic assault a few months ago after I sent my citizenship application and the case just resolved with the peace bond but court formalities has yet to go. I recently have received FP request and the same day I informed IRCC about my situation. I am planning to go for FP in a few days but I am just curious to know how IRCC might deal with my application as the peace bond has yet to be signed. At this time my FP and photos are active and I am not sure when would they be purged from the system. I think when IRCC receives my FP results from RCMP they will either refuse my application or ask for outcome of the case so that they can finally take a decision on my file. Is there anyone in the same situation or experience who could advise me as to what documents should I have handy to be sent to IRCC.
