i got a call from IRCC officer saying that my application is approved. I got portal email and my family got passport request horraayyyy

I got my PR approval email a week back and received EOPR 2 days ago. But there is no PPR for my spouse/dependent living in India. Any idea where would we get this letter so that we can proceed further for visa stamping, and how long does CIC take to send ppr after main applicant gets an EOPR?
