You need to start your PR process soon, from what I know you will drop points after 35. Although IELTS is accepted for Australian PR, I would suggest you take PTE Academic since it is easier. You need to get your skills assessed as well. Looking at your profile you have a very good chance to migrate to Australia. Pharmacists are in high demand in states like Queensland, Tasmania and Northern Territory.

May I know if I can apply for EOI with below conditions of me.

.Age - 32
.Education - 2 Years IT diploma
.Experiences - Had done two jobs ( 1st job as IT tech for 5 years and 2nd job as IT specialist from 2016 till now. So total -8.5 years approximately)
.Married with 2 kids
IELTS (Listening 6.0 / Writing 5.5 / Speaking 6.5 / reading 6.5 = Overall 6.0)

I am looking for Australia PR and have Filed an EOI with 85 points with skill assessment from Engineers Australia for telecommunication Engineer. Can some one please tell me if i can get my skill assessed again from ACS and file a fresh EOI again as i don't think i will get the invite for Telecommunication engineer.
