May be yes.....Mr. Kenney should be contacted for a firm answer. This forum is not a place for her if that is the case since it has not been announced yet. Who knows they authorize whom for credential assessment.

I hope they will update the Foreign Credentials Referral Office (FCRO) page soon so we can start having are educational credential assessment.

Both eca and NOC list would come up at same time as.per Kenny tweet.so hold on thought and prepare rest document.
