I need your help. I am filling forms for fswp program but i am confused which form to fill. I am applying first under federal skill worker program and my wife will accompany me.

First you look at the document checklist and then their is Instruction guide in the end. You can take the print and read it. It will guide you for which forms to fill.

Do you have any idea that in background declration form, in personal history question from feb jan 2013 to yet i am unemplyed but in feb 2014 i went to malaysia for tourism so how shud i write this in this form, shud i mention about malaysia tour?

Can you plz guide me about whose photograph shud i send with my application. Its written in checklist that you have to provide 6 photographs of my family wether they accompanying you or not. Now question is here family means what? Does it include my mother father or it just include me and my wife?

i have one more confusion. how to write your name in native language? do i need to write in english but accent of my native or i have to write in native language? like my mother tongue is sindhi, so I shud write in sindhi? btw in my country english is also official language.

You write it in Sindhi script if there is one. You can print the form after filling everything else and write it with black pen.

i was filling out additional family form. I am the main applicant and wife is accopmanying me. when I am filling i have to to write my name in applicant name and spouse name in spouse colum, but wen my wife is filling this form what shud she write in applicant box and spouse box? please guide me

Applicant name should be the same on both forms please
