i m n applicane for FSW n received AOR recently.now preparinf docs for sending. Plz help me providing:
1. a format for how the employment reference letter b arranged
2. is there any requirement to submit my Tax certificate since they did not asked me to send that?
Your reference letter should be on the official letter head of the company with official seal for which you worked. It should include your name and the date hired.
For FSW there is no need for income tax papers, if you have with you than no harm in sending. income tax will also show that you worked in that specific period.
It will be better if you give your bank statements also which mentions that the salary for evey month was credited from the employer to your account. That is also another proof.
Submit as many documentary proofs as possible to strengthen your case. There is nothing wrong about that.
